Nazka

Time to share a new favorite that I recently discovered in my own hometown Amsterdam: Nazka! This Peruvian restaurant just openend over the summer and is situated in the populair 'Pijp' area. I wasn't really familiar with the Peruvian cuisine before, but I wish I would have been introduced earlier.. because well, the flavors are just divine! The chefs of Nazka really put together the most incredible combinations. My personal favorite: dessert of sweet corn ice cream with Peruvian Botija olives. Just WOW!
